HUMANE EXPERIMENTATION
Animals on experiment may require special attention beyond routine maintenance. Caging should be designed with the research project in mind and should allow for ease of observation, safe restraint and ease of capture.
Specialized research devices such as metabolism units, tethers or leads for recording data should be designed for the animal's comfort, safety and mobility.
